How much does it cost?
The Store Valley car hire / car rental website and promotion package can be paid for quarterly or annually. The basic price is as follows (all prices exclude VAT for UK customers)...
- £567 per quarter
- £1,997 per annum (by paying annually, you save £271)
If you are paying quarterly, there is initially a minimum contract length of 9 months. Payments will be by standing order, and you can cancel this at any point after that.
If you simply want to set the site up and wait for the search engines to find it, there is no other charge. There are options for making the site visible in the search engines immediately via pay per click, and the cost of that will depend upon your geographical location. We can discuss this with you if required.
How exactly does it work?
After your first payment has been made, the following things will happen ...
- We will ask you for your logo, some stationery and your contact details so that we can brand the site for you
- We will ask you for your latest list of vehicles and prices (they can be changed any time at no extra cost)
- We will then build the site using the above information. This should be online within 7 working days of receiving all of the information we need from you
- We will then submit the site to several key places so that the search engines can find it
Then what? Do we start receiving leads immediately?
The sites that we have set up so far have all taken 3 - 4 months to become fully visible in the organic (free) listings for Google and the other major search engines with traffic starting to trickle through after a couple of months.
Whether you receive business from these leads will obviously depend on your stock and your pricing against the competition, but we can set up analytics so that you can see how much traffic you are receiving and show you the best way to check out the competition online so that you can work on this.
We can not guarantee that your site will receive free search engine traffic as we do not control the search engines. But we do have a good track record designing sites that do well in this respect as you can see by looking at our car hire website promotion results page.
If you want immediate guaranteed traffic for the site, this can be arranged via a pay-per-click (PPC) campaign. As mentioned above, the cost of this will vary depending upon the competition in your geographical location. We can advise on suggested additional budget for this if required.
